Good luck, Mr. Stringer

Mr. Stringer came to Woodlands Place following a home accident that led to multiple rib fractures.  Upon evaluation, Mr. Stinger relied on facility staff for transfers, walking, and all daily living tasks.

The exceptional nursing and therapy team at Woodlands Place collectively worked together to devise a personalized treatment plan to address his pain, weakness, balance issues, and providing strategies for achieving independence. We are thrilled to report that Mr. Stringer has successfully returned home. He can now walk over 250 feet with a rolling walker, managing transfers without assistance and completing his activities of daily living independently.
