Ms. Crumby selected Woodlands Place Rehab Suites for her recovery following a hospital stay due to an infection. Upon admission, she required some help from our dedicated staff with getting in and out of bed, managing transfers, walking, and performing daily living tasks.

The dedicated team at Woodlands Place took charge, created an individualized treatment plan to address Ms. Crumby’s weakness, enhance her balance, and offer strategies to boost her independence. Her hard work is evident as she has successfully regained her strength, balance, and endurance. With her newfound confidence, Ms. Crumby has returned home independently. She is walking over 200 feet with a rolling walker, managing transfers, and performing daily living tasks, such as dressing without assistance.
