Ms. Cora Romanski came to Woodlands Place Rehabilitation Suites from a hospital stay for multiple fractures to the vertebrae of her spine after multiple falls at home.  Prior to her hospital stay, Ms. Romanski was independent with all her self-care activities, and walking with a single point cane.   

When she arrived at Woodlands Place, Ms. Romanski needed extensive assistance with walking safely and getting ready for the day.  After support from staff, and a specialized plan from the therapy department, Ms. Romanski was able to meet her all her goals and return home independently.
